If you have ever experienced a season of continual disappointment, this short power nugget from the Word of God is for you. At times drawing near in trust can be challenging when things don’t go our way. If we are not careful, the feelings of regret, abandonment, and hopelessness can lead us into resentment. These are all unhealthy and quite dangerous to our spirituality as Christians. The challenge is to keep our focus on the faithfulness of our Lord.

But how? We must wake each day and choose to seek God’s presence and the leading of His Spirit. We must ask the Holy Spirit to help us see our life circumstances from HIS perspective, and not ours. This takes work. Are you willing to roll up your sleeves and plow? I am. I hope you answered “yes”.
